Guidelines for Presentation

POWERPOINT SLIDES

  • Presentation must be created in PowerPoint format using the Conference template available HERE.
  • All PC equipments provided in Session Rooms will have PowerPoint available for your use as well as a projector and screen.
  • Generally one slide per minute of presentation is recommended.
  • In order to ensure that each speaker has equal time to present their paper the session chairs will rigidly enforce the time allocated to your lecture.
  • It is not allowed to use your own computer on the presentation session.
  • Please limit logos to first and last slide only and do not use product or company specific names unless absolutely necessary.

ONSITE DIRECTIONS

  • 10 minutes prior to the beginning of your session, meet the session chairs and your fellow presenters in your assigned session room.
  • This will allow you to check the lecture sequence, learn how to operate the audio visual equipment and be advised of time keeping.

TIME FOR YOUR PRESENTATION

In order to get an accurate organization, the allotted time for presentation for all papers is 12 minutes (including discussion).

Authors must present their papers in English .
