Biographical Sketch

Professor Robert Almeder is Tenure in the Philosophy Department at Georgia State University (EUA). He is PhD in Philosophy by the University of Pennsylvania, and was distinguished with the “Outstanding Educator of America Award” and “Georgia State University Alumni Distinguished Professor Award”.

He was editor of “The American Philosophical Quarterly” and is now co-editor of “Biomedical Ethics Reviews”. Author of several books, including “Human Happiness and Morality: A Brief Introduction to Ethics”, “Truth and Skepticism” and “Death and Personal Survival: the evidence for life after death”.
