 Nádia Rezende Barbosa Raposo – Undergraduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry – Clinical  Analysis at Federal University of Juiz de Fora (1993), undergraduated in Pharmacy and  Biochemistry – Industry from Federal University of Juiz de Fora (1994). She took her master’s  degree in Toxicology and Toxicological Analysis at University of São Paulo (1998) and the PhD in  Toxicology at the University of São Paulo (2003). She is now Associate Professor at the Federal  University of Juiz de Fora. She has experience in Pharmacy, with emphasis on technological  innovation and entrepreneurship, nanotechnology and skin permeation, and acts on the following topics: new product development, technological innovation, pre-clinical and clinical trials of (new) drugs. She is currently the coordinator of the Research and Innovation in Health Sciences (NUPICS). President of the Foundation for the Support of Education and Research (FADEPE). Director of the Regional Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (Critt) / UFJF. Deputy dean of Research and Innovation.

Fred2 Frederico Pittella Silva –  Professor Pittella was born in Santos Dumont – MG. He  undergraduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry at Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2006),  following to the Master course in Biological Sciences (Genetics and Biotechnology), at the same  university (2008). He took his PhD in Bioengineering (Faculty of Engineering) at The University of  Tokyo, Japan (2011). Later, he held a Post-doc position in Medicine (Dep. Biotechnology Clinic) at  The University of Tokyo, Japan (2012). In the Young Talents program, he joined the Department of Pharmacy at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC 2013-2014) as a Post-doc. Currently, he is a tenured track Adjunct Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF). His research interests are in the design, preparation, development and application of nanocarriers for the treatment of cancer through RNAi or small molecule.

hudson Hudson Caetano Polonini
– Hudson was born and raised in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim – ES, until  he moved to Juiz de Fora – MG to study Pharmacy at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. After  graduating in 2009, Hudson joined Niqua Laboratory in January 2010. He got his PhD degree from  the same University in 2014, after the development of part of his research at the Université de Paris.  He is now Substitute Professor at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. His research interests  include the delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients through alternative routes, as well as analytical chemistry for quality control of pharmaceuticals and the development of new health care products with emphasis in sunscreens. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, cinema and theatre.
