Instructions:
1) It is mandatory to check the final document by using the PDFeXpress tool. To do so you must go to http://www.pdf-express.org/ and use the conference number 34789x. Type in your email address and password. If this is the first time you use the online tool you will need to set up your account first.
Warning: Please, carefully review the conference template in order to improve your paper. There are specific instructions and formats for the paper title (not italics!), figure labels, figure citations, references and citations of references, tables, sections numbering etc. This is the best opportunity to have your paper complying with the IEEE rules. IN THE CASE YOUR PAPER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE CONFERENCE TEMPLATE WE
CANNOT GUARANTEE IT IS GOING TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS!
2) Remember that the IEEE Copyright Form MUST be uploaded too, using JEMS system.
3) The submission system (JEMS) is now opened again, and you should use the Final Version upload track to upload your paper. Be advised that all accepted papers, even those without any required correction, MUST be uploaded again.
The deadline for the final paper version upload is 20th October.
We would like to inform that another message will be sent to all authors in order to specify the papers presentation format: oral or poster. This task is being accomplished based on available slots according to the conference Final Program, which is expected to be concluded by the end of October, 2014. Apart of the form of presentation, your paper must be uploaded as a full paper and in accordance with the IEEE guidelines.
Finally, we want to highlight that all papers must be linked to a full registration, which online form is already available at
http://www.ufjf.br/induscon2014/registration/.
